I love all these books but I do not own any of them. These books are all broken down by month and have a powerful and meaningful lesson. Not only do they teach kindness but they are also aligned with our state standards in teaching vocabulary, comprehension, connections to real life, key facts and key events, grammar and how to become better writers and readers.
By having these powerful books my students will be able to use resources that are at their appropriate level to aide in their learning and eagerness to learn. My students love these books but we have to wait until other teachers are finished using them, having our own classroom set would be fantastic.
