To strengthen their daily living skills, I am requesting a vacuum and a cash register. These items would be extremely beneficial for my students. I would be able to work on the vocational skill of vacuuming with my students as well as be able to teach them basic math and money skills in a realistic way. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students are to help build daily life skills as well as to provide them with a sensory diet throughout their school day. Additionally, I am requesting body socks for my students who experience sensory processing difficulties and could benefit from using a body sock.
