My students want to learn how to code. They use technology daily, but yearn for hands on coding experience. These bots will allow my students to actively engage with the robots and learn to code.
I'm especially hopful my female students take an interest in coding, because we need to alter the disparity of women vs men in tech industries and encourage STEAM for all students.
We will work in small groups on various projects and learn to code. Once we learn to code, we can write about the process we went through and eventually go towards creating real world solutions using coding.
