These items will allow for my Special Education Students to play with their peers as well express themselves creatively. Using the play house for my students to interact with each other and role play. My students will be able to use the sensory items such as fidgets to be successful in their learning as well as calm and increase focus. Each student will be able to individualize how they express themselves.
Creative play leads to better learning and social engagement. These skills are an important part of each school day and will give my students the skills they need to be life long learners.
My project will give my student a safe and adaptive environment specific to their disability and cognitive level. These supplies will add a more creative dynamic to their play and interactions with others.
