These materials make a difference in my students' learning because many of the students in the class have no financial support when its relates to buy supplies for the creation of projects. Their limitation creates some frustration among them because they really want to go to school and they do want to do nice and neat projects like everyone else in other schools.
After deciding which character they want to create as their model, the students will have the opportunity to make their own piñata from scratch using papier maché.
When the papier maché is hard, the students will be taught how to cut the curls, and how to glue them all to the papier maché. After the curls are glued and completed, the students will have the fun of putting candy inside of their piñatas, and later being able to brake them.
