The Creekbank News Team is a group of students at my High School that produces, films, edits, and uploads a weekly/bi-weekly newscast to YouTube for the school and rural community. This project fosters creativity, public speaking skills, productivity, technology use, career interests, and school and community pride. We currently use an iPad to produce the newscast, but we are running out of storage space and need another tool to be able to distribute the workload to more students. A MacBook would allow us to divide the tasks of filming and editing between students. We would be able to film using the iPad while another student could be editing and producing the final product on the MacBook. The 鈥淭ribe鈥 thanks you for your consideration.
