Our media production students deserve better, and the kids that are volunteering their time to video document campus festivities need better equipment. With the purchase of this camera, students will have a better understanding of elements that make video more effective.
Currently, our students are using low-quality, consumer grade cameras to record video announcements. However, too often the sound quality is poor, the light angles are bad and the video image is sub par. This ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.org project would supply our video team with an entry level, PROFESSIONAL-grade Canon XA11. This device has been on our horizon for a long time, but we just do not have the funds to make it happen.
