When this project is funded we will be able to more easily implement a wide variety of hands-on learning experiences where students can share their thinking with classmates not just by talking, but by writing and drawing their thoughts for everyone to see and respond to. The board will facilitate conversation and understanding covering a wide range of topics and lessons (math, reading, writing, science, art, storytelling, coping skills, song lyrics, rhymes, and more) among students and between students and teachers! The board will be used on a daily basis, and will function to assist both students (especially those working on their speaking skills!) and teachers in lessons and activities! Magnetic letters, numbers, shapes, and more can easily be placed and manipulated on the board by students and teachers! This board is of minimal cost for its quality, size, and functionality.
