To use a document camera in my class would mean that I could model my work and share students work with the class. Students could see up close and personal what others are doing around them and they can see what I am working on. Often times we write in our writers notebook and I want to share with them what I have written and what others have written.
A document camera would help make that authentic and an engaging experience for all. Students would feel a sense of community and be able to share in the joy of hard work and applaud their peers for their effort.
