My students are working very hard on hands on projects, technology resources and reading every day. The brightness from the fluorescent lights can cause my students headaches and difficulty paying attention. Adding the fluorescent light filters will allow for the atmosphere to be prime for learning! As my students strive to be the light in our world, we need to bring the brightness down in our classroom. Research has proven that fluorescent light can cause a number of behaviors that is detrimental to learning. Some of them include: bodily stress, anxiety, hyper-activity, attention problems. These light filters will help to ease the strain in their eyes and allow them to stay focused on becoming a better student and person!
