With these books, my students will have more opportunities to experience stories and adventures that look like, and feel like their stories. They will experience adventures and explorations that best describe all the things they can be a part of! Coming from so many different places and experiences in these students' lives, they need to know that being different is welcomed and provides them with more opportunities than they could dream of. These books will provide them with positive affirmations about their being. My students will have the opportunity to learn how to best use technology to access new information, that they would otherwise not have exposure to.
