Third grade can be a scary but exciting time as children try to find their place in the world. At our school, we believe in hands-on experiences to meet these developmental needs. One technique use farming to help children develop self-reliance and discover how capable they truly are. Rawhide Ranch is the perfect place for such an experience. At Rawhide Ranch, children will get a true taste of country life as they muddy their shoes tending to a farm and riding horses. They will discover their independence as they sleep away from home, while also seeing that they are a family of friends who can get through anything together.
