I would like to provide bilingual learning centers and hands on manipulatives for my students when they return to the classroom in the fall. Having hands on centers has proven to be quite effective in students learning and retaining the second language. I would like to provide them with markers, dry erase boards, magnetic letters, etc. Students learn best when they have the proper tools to learn. Providing my students with opportunities to learn a second language will not only be beneficial to them now but throughout their entire lives.
