We will use equipment each day to make students faster and stronger. Students can preform exercises on mats each class and clean for next class instead of "sharing" during class. This will allow more reps per student. With COVID, sharing has slowed down classes because we clean after each touch. Any extra equipment is ideal and increase the use and hopefully increase strength. We have had a large increase in student enrollment in PE due to the fact they can workout to relieve the extra stress they are experiencing.
