Our current computer lab is awful! It has become a dumping ground for old technology, the computers are crashing, and we do not have a technology teacher.
Our district has cut our technology finances in half! We do not have the support like we did in the past. Our teachers and students don't want to use the lab for 21st century skills. The computers are crashing and we have no more money to purchase new!
One computer will support 21 students across K-5 grade levels.
The students will use the computer for projects, testing, learning new skills and using programs that reinforce classroom standards.
My teachers will be ecstatic to have a welcoming and working computer lab! They will be eager to create lesson plans on technology, not groan as much when they have to test their students, and support their children with standards that were previously taught.
