I teach Social Studies and Interpersonal Relationships to our 40 students each day. As part of our Social Studies curriculum, my students watch CNN 10 and we discuss current events. Right now, students need to crowd around my laptop to watch. This is difficult for our visually impaired students. In addition, my laptop is the only computer in our class. If I have a meeting and need my computer, the Para cannot show the video scheduled for that class so some of the students will miss out. An additional laptop and a monitor would make our classes more accessible for all.
