Children learn best during early development through play which enhances their imagination and communication skills. The materials I have chosen will give my students a chance to grow through play by building their imagination, engaging in problem solving techniques through STEM, and building their social skills. My students will be able to use their materials to build their fine motor skills through play when using their light table and light table accessories, also building their language skills to communicate with peers on sharing and playing together. They will explore a variety of colors and shapes and work together to create new designs and towers. The students will use the building manipulatives to build their fine motor and language as they engage in play with peers and use a variety of manipualtives to build their imagination through their play.
