I teach 22 kindergartners in an inner-city, public elementary community school. All of my students receive free breakfast and lunch daily, and for some, this is their first year of school.
My students are funny, kind, smart, happy and excited to be in school.
They are little explorers enjoying learning, discovering new things, love playing in their educational center areas and making new friends.
My students come to school from all different backgrounds, from all around the city as well as from several different countries.
