These items will help make my second grade classroom fun and organized! It's been five years since I've been a classroom teacher (I've been a Title I teacher and literacy coach for the same district) and I gave away most of my decorations, materials, and books to other teachers since my previous position didn't have the same needs. Any help would be very appreciated!
Let's make the classroom fun, warm, and welcoming! The Prize Drop will be used for positive behavior incentives. Other items will help decorate the classroom and provide a great learning environment! The books will be used at the start of the year as read alouds to help get the kids comfortable with a new school and classroom. They will also be able to read the books in the classroom library afterwards. The decorations (lights and balloons) will help create a calm and peaceful environment to help the kids stay focused during instruction. The label tape will be used to add their email and passwords on their Chromebooks so they don’t forget them or struggle with spelling them out.
