My school district has just switched to hybrid learning which means that students come to school two days a week and learn from home three days a week. We use Google Meet to hold classes with students at home, so that learning continues even though students cannot physically be at school. I have noticed that students with headphones are more engaged and focused during Google Meet, so I would like to send home a set of headphones for every student. My students also use the i-Ready reading program which is a self-guided program that helps students practice reading and comprehension skills. Using headphones for this program will keep distractions down as students learn.
