We will use these tools to teach our students outdoor skills while having fun and learning about our environment. We strive to teach our students skills that they may not have the chance to acquire through the home environment.
By having the access to the fishing gear, Spincast reels and tackle boxes , all students will be able to participate in the activity for longer amounts of time. We will use the materials purchased for teaching the students about the habitat of the lake, as well as the wildlife that are in the lake.
Our goal is to teach the students outdoor skills that they can share with family. This activity is feasible due to the fact that we are within walking distance of a state park that is stocked by Division of Wildlife.
