As my students and I read so many of our favorite books, I notice how I could merge literature, science, technology, engineering, and math based on books we have in our classroom and school library. I want for my students to not only become lifelong learners, but to also become 21st century leaders in the tech world. I want their learning experience to be as unique as they are. I want to make learning exciting, meaningful, and inspiring for everyone. What other way to make this happen than by allowing my students to learn to read, write, and build through play.
