My students love to find new places and new seats to work at. Giving them different options for seating will not only engage them, but also make them want to learn. When students are given the freedom to choose a flexible seating option, it not only gives them choice in their learning environment but it also helps them be proactive and take charge of their own learning. Students will be able to use the Portable Lap Desks to find a successful, quiet spot in the room to complete their work. They will be able to use the discs and kneeling mats at a lowered table to help get their wiggles out, while still working! The Donut seats will give a little extra wiggle time, while still being in control of their bodies and their learning.
