Most of the students I work with are diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or Specific Learning Disabilities, and have specific sensory input needs.
These students benefit from unique behavior supports to make sure they have an enjoyable and productive time at school. Many have sensory needs that require movement, auditory, or tactile input. They benefit greatly from tools such as weighted seat pads, squishy balls, headphones, and stem tools for breaks. While one tool may be incredibly helpful for one student to calm down and get back to their learning zone, a different student may need a different tool. I am requesting a variety of different tools to meet the needs of all students.
