It is very important to foster a love for reading during the early ages of a child's life. This can be a hard thing to accomplish once they are in 5th grade and have a lot of new interest. My students have a wide variety of interest and things that they love. However, they all seem to enjoy going on "adventures" while reading exciting books such as "Bridge to Terabithia", "Because of Winn Dixie", and "Island of the Blue Dolphins". This project will allow my students to not only listen to the stories, but also read long for their enjoyment. Please help me take my students on adventures through the reading of these exciting books.

About my class
