Our Primary school is now an Elementary! We have made our bathrooms and desks to fit the older kids but our PE equipment is need of an upgrade. I don't have the equipment needed to teach the older students. With these soccer balls, I could use them for several activities for 4th & 5th grades. I have the small size three balls, but I don't have any size 5 balls. We could use this equipment not only for PE games and skills and drills, but also for our afterschool clubs. A few soccer balls will go a long way to support our kids.
Our district has been on the news. We are in financial turmoil. This week alone 18 teachers lost their jobs due to a reduction in force. This financial mess has hit all of our schools. We have no budget to work with. We are trying to do fundraisers, but parents can only do so much. If you could find it in your heart to donate a few soccer balls, I assure you our sweet kids would be the most grateful!
