The book buddy bags and the stools will be a great start to motivating my students to love reading even more! We are about to start non-fiction with Lucy Calkins and I would LOVE for my students to be able to have their own book Buddy bags so they can have something, that feels like their own. Having different levels of books to meet my students needs would mean the world to them. They would be able to switch out their books every week, and be able to personally see themselves grow in their reading life. The stools are a need of mine for my guided reading table, for me to be able to focus more one on one with my amazing students but also be able to focus with groups.
