My pre AP sand AP Biology students span from freshman to senior classes. Our school has a diverse culture with resilience and a dedication to tradition deeply engrained.
Many areas of my district were struck hard by Hurricane Harvey at the beginning of last fall semester. I'm still witnessing the reverberating damage done to student's homes (and home-lives) today. They remind me daily of their strength and pride. I have students who strive for success not only to make their future a better one, but to help make all futures better, across all lines of distinction.
The students who inspire me the most, though, are the many who don't shy away from random acts of kindness. The ones who aren't afraid to dress up for EVERY spirit day (for both Stu-Co and homecoming weeks). The ones who stick around until ten every weeknight for musical practice and still show up to class on time. They are all truly remarkable.
