Support Ms. Wilkerson's classroom with a gift that fosters learning.
My project is to supply my students with headphones in order to help with technology support in the classroom. In addition, for small group I have asked for some wipe and erase boards so that they can quickly work in an interactive environment. These students love getting to use technology and are grateful for anything they receive. Through the use of technology, I am able to meet the individual needs of every learner within my classroom.
These headphones will allow the student to work on individualized learning projects that better meet their needs. A classroom full of students working on computers can become very noisy and distracting due to the interactive models. This project will help them to listen to their lessons without being distracted by other students' progress. In addition, I have asked for some bean bag chairs and a carpet in order to create an area in which they students can work aesthetically. When students are comfortable, they are shown to have greater progress.
