My students do not have technology in the classroom. It makes it very difficult for them to choose scenes and plays they wish to perform. A task that could take less than an hour, takes us almost a whole week for 80 students. The iPad will be a tool they use to search monologues they are interested in and perform.
Musical theater is a passion of mine. I want to share that passion with my students. The iPad will give them access to different musicals. They will be able to go back in time and learn from famous performers and actors.
