An arrival of new books has always sparked a new interest in library book checkout, in my experience. Our library has not had new books added in some time. I am hoping to have this project funded so that my students can share in the excitement of opening up a brand new box of books. These new books will be put on display with some of our older books of similar genres to encourage students to check them out and read! I also like to pair fiction with non-fiction titles of similar subject to expand on students' learning. Students who read are students who achieve! Help my students reach their reading goals!
