My students have a wide range of needs that I ensure to meet as an educator! Flexible seating happens to be an innovating way to engage students in learning! They are able to zone in on the content because they are given the tools they need to succeed! Wobble chairs would be a wonderful asset in our classroom as all students learn in a variety of ways. I plan to use these chairs in small groups, regular table spots, and rug spots. They will be accessed through out the classroom so that they continue to develop their love for learning.
My first graders really enjoy whole group activities that involve learning from each other and sharing their ideas! I have found that at this age level, students learn more efficiently by working closely together. My students benefit from structure and specific rug spots that enable them to engage effectively in any given activity.
