My project focuses on flexible seating. Flexible seating will help students have a voice in their learning environment. With flexible seating, students choose where learning will happen best for them for the day. Currently, they have a choice between regular desks, standing desks, and floor seating.
I am requesting floor seating to give students the option to sit at lower tables and be an alternate to the high energy seating and regular seating already available in our room.
The floor seating allows students to sit closer to our learning area while not having to sit on the hard, laminate floor.
