Technology in the classroom is incredibly beneficial for our students. Not only does it increase engagement and motivation but through curriculum-based applications, students with special needs are able to gain access to the general education material. Students will use the desktop computers in both literacy and math stations, helping them work on their independence along with content-related tasks. Through an education practice called "Daily 3" students with independently move through three stations in the room, accessing the curriculum in a different way (technology, partner reading/math work, direct teacher instruction.)
High Interest/Low Level Books included in the box set B requested allow emerging readers the joy and excitement of reading, while meeting them where they are.
