Throughout the school year, students are exposed to a variety of perspectives through reading and discussion in book club groups. These copies of "Just Mercy" will bring in a new perspective and spark conversation on the topic of justice in our country.
By donating to this project, you will help students in my district to see a new perspective on the justice system, allowing them to dive into deeper conversations and research on the world around them. The books will be used by the entire class to springboard into a larger book club unit on crime and justice using other texts and perspectives on the subject.
