Technology is either our best friend or our worst enemy! I want my students to think of it as their best friend. I want them to be prepared for all that they can do through technology! This summer, I went to the best PD ever! I found out all about how to get my students excited about computer science through a website called Code.org. I'm seeking to get some extra computers that are more updated than what we have in my school right now so that I can use it in our afterschool coding and robotics club! We are looking to have the students obtain experience in the field of coding so that we might add to their confidence and interest in coding type projects for their future careers.
