This project will benefit my students by building a community, learning to get along with other personality types within the classroom, creating relationships that foster learning for my students, having the ability for quick transitions, allow teacher to gain back instruction time, enable flexible groups and enable differentiation based on standards/lessons.
Many of my students come from low income backgrounds and the tables/ dry erase pockets will allow students to build personal and educational connections. The students will use the tables/ dry erase pockets to work together and achieve a higher education. The students will participate all together and at the same rate in order to obtain a reachable goal. The materials will allow students to hold one another accountable during instruction as they are relating with one another.
