This project was created in hopes that I can provide students with a class set of headphones that are not cheaply made and broken easily. I also want to think in the long term and have headphones with microphone/recording capability, so I can teach students how to record themselves on computers.
Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, but a lot of them come from at-risk, low income backgrounds where many opportunities cannot be afforded to them. I want to give my students a chance to explore like they have never been able to do so before. Having functional, quality equipment will enable me to empower and inspire my students to use technology for endless projects, presentations, and purposes. I believe that this Ðǿմ«Ã½.org Project is the best way for me to accomplish that dream for all of our students ranging from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade.
