I can't wait for students to be able to see characters similar to themselves in our classroom books. I really do not have a lot of books right now. The more the better so I can send some home for students to read during remote learning! =)
There is nothing like reading and touching a physical book after looking at a computer screen during remote learning all day!
A lot of these books won't just be read-aloud books read by the teacher, but books students can take home and read.
