Upon receiving grant funding for incentive supplies, the scholars will become inspired learners. These scholars will ignite as they find a purpose for learning and improvement of behavior due to rewards being received. The school's academic and behavior system includes Class DoJo, which monitors students' academic and behavior success through teacher issued points. Studies show when students receive small rewards for academic/behavior, their interest, desire and motivation level increases. Students will feel joyous and motivated to learn and behave because of their newfound sense of pride.
The GREATEST reward of receiving funding includes scholars' self-confidence, pride, and feeling of success triggered by the results of receiving an AWARD for a task well done.
This newfound love of improvement in both academics and behavior will result in scholars' overall success in all areas of learning. The acknowledgment and praise they will receive from their peers and teachers will be everlasting and increase students' desire to do well. The return of investment of having school pride incentives will become more valuable than GOLD.
