All of my students love music. Through music, we as a classroom are better equipped to understand each other and grow as learners. Students in my classroom love to analyze lyrics in relation to what they are learning as well as in relation to their own personal lives. The more we explore the musical world, the more interested my students have become in the process of creating their own music from beat loops to classic soul sampling. The iMac computer will be used in direct relation with the Beat Machines that were donated to our classroom from the Super producer 9th Wonder. This iMac is needed to fully unlock the potential of the machines and unleash the hidden and often overlooked potential of my students
