Most children don't get the opportunity to just go outside and play anymore. While I do ensure they get a full recess, they are in need of more movement.
Flexible seating is the answer to our problem. With these stools, I am not only able to keep my students engaged during small groups. I am teaching them how to harness that boundless energy that 9-10 year old children have. Not only will I use these during small groups, but my students will now have more seat options for independent seat work. I truly get better results from my students when they are able to have an active choice in their education.
