Today teachers rely on technology to prepare their students for college and beyond. While our school does provide a shared cart of Chromebooks, it would be extremely beneficial for my students to have full access to Chromebooks each and every hour of the school day.
Being able to utilize their own Chromebooks in the classroom will open up a whole new realm of information for my students. Instead of me being the sole provider of knowledge, students are able to become independent learners in their inquiries. Students will be able to access websites, videos, and images to broaden their view of the world outside of the cornfields they are accustomed to. With these small devices, learning becomes endless!
