The funding of this project will help me as an intervention specialist give these students the best possible experience while learning how to read. Many times our equipment doesn't work on the first try and causes the students to have to wait while I fix it. Having new and working headphones and microphones for the program would help these students to start on their work right away! Struggling readers will get more enjoyment from our intervention program if they have equipment that works the first time.
