My students will be using the Chromebooks during blended learning time. They will have access to learning that combines academic content while teaching proficiency in the use of computers and applications. My scholars will collaborate by using Google Docs to work on slides and group presentations while also learning and exploring the world through live web cams.
Technology is a growing part of our lives, and because our student population is high poverty, school is their primary and sometimes only access to this technology. In order for my students to be successful in today's society, they must learn to be technologically savvy. It is vital for my students to stay connected, engaged, and motivated which can be achieved through these chromebooks.
