I am working on building up my classroom library with current and popular books that will excite and motivate my struggling and underprivileged students. My population of students do not always have access to the latest and best books and this truly puts them at a disadvantage. Great books will inspire great thinking and then in turn will influence and inform my students as writers. Students will use these books for independent reading, group reading, and as mentor texts to inspire successful writing. Please help update my classroom library and provide my students with current and popular books to engage and inspire.
