Nearpod allows students to receive learning through the use of technology. Nearpod keeps each student focused on the lesson and allows for opportunities to share their thinking with their classmates. It is a way to demonstrate the I DO, WE DO, YOU DO model.
Nearpod will be instrumental in improving student attention and focus, ultimately helping to increase their academic achievement. My students will be able to receive guided lessons through Nearpod, express their mathematical thinking by showing their work and uploading their work to share among other classmates. The use of Nearpod will promote Mathematical language within my classroom.
