Our school is a Title I school with 100 percent free lunches. This means that our students come from a low socio-economic community. The majority of the students in my class are second language learners who thrive on learning new and interesting things. Many of them come with limited background experiences which makes it a bit more difficult for them to relate to many of the topics covered in class. Even though they may not have the background knowledge it does not stop them from trying to learn all that they possibly can.

About my class
