I have 25 wonderful little 2nd graders. Many are dealing with losing their homes, divorce, and other pitfalls from this economy crisis. These students are expected to meet the high standards we have, while dealing with difficult things at home. Many used to have moms who were always in the classroom, now these moms are now working 1-2 jobs to hold onto their homes.

About my class
