Make a donation Mr. Casey can use on his next classroom project.
In many projects through the year our students are asked to record themselves. One project is when students are asked to make an explanation video about how to simplify or solve an algebraic expression or equation. Not only are they using sequence language (first, next, etc.); they are practicing math language! Students can use the tablet as an assessment tool, and it raises the bar for students. They take it really seriously!
Also, we ask students to make a video log at the end of each semester to reflect on their lives and their learning; the tablets would be the tool that helps make the process smooth and easy! It is amazing to see their growth and reflection over time! This donation will help my classroom require its own set to use whenever needed!
